Overall Satisfaction with Bitdefender GravityZone

We use it internally and we resell it to our customers. We are an IT Managed Services Provider and most of our customers we have switched over to BitDefender for their antivirus. It provides antivirus protection in a business environment.

Pros

  • Easy to manage multiple customers
  • Easy to implement
  • Very good security ratings

Cons

  • Computers sometimes will show they are not communicating when they actually are
  • Reporting needs to be improved
  • Less time spent with antivirus management, updates, upgrades, etc
  • The price is competitive and leaves enough room to add a margin
BitDefender is superior to both of these products in my opinion in performance and ease of use/management.
We generally go through a reseller for support and they are very good. I've only gone through BitDefender for support directly a couple times and from what I remember they were pretty helpful/responsive too.

Very good for Managed Service Providers because it's easy to manage multiple different customers. Also good for any size organization because it's easy to set up and manage.
