Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo

I use Bizzabo for large-scale summits and virtual events. These events include internal and external stakeholders and occur a handful of times a year. Some of the features I utilize are landing page builds, registration, schedule, and the actual running of the event day. Bizzabo is not used for internal meetings and events.

Pros

  • Manage multiple sessions at once
  • Present in high-quality video
  • Allow for the coordination of more than one event at a time
  • Provide virtual support the day of the event

Cons

  • It is difficult for users to toggle between sessions
  • It is not always easy for the user to sign-in
  • The buttons from the admin side can be confusing during a session
  • Hosted multiple sessions simultaneously
  • Testing out the environment with speakers
  • Managing registration within the platform
  • Brand and reputation building
  • Lead generation
  • Thought leadership
Bizzabo has more capabilities than the above platforms. Primarily, you can host multiple sessions simultaneously, play pre-recorded content, and onboard external stakeholders to the environment. While Zoom and GoTo are more user-friendly, they do not have as robust options for catering to the experience. Bizzabo serves a specific purpose, but I am still not convinced that it is the best on the market.

Bizzabo is best for large-scale events with 300+ attendees and multiple sessions (even happening simultaneously). It allows you to manage many moving pieces at once and test out features ahead of your event with speakers. The builds are complex for smaller events like webinars and internally hosted functions.
