Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo
I use Bizzabo for large-scale summits and virtual events. These events include internal and external stakeholders and occur a handful of times a year. Some of the features I utilize are landing page builds, registration, schedule, and the actual running of the event day. Bizzabo is not used for internal meetings and events.
- Manage multiple sessions at once
- Present in high-quality video
- Allow for the coordination of more than one event at a time
- Provide virtual support the day of the event
- It is difficult for users to toggle between sessions
- It is not always easy for the user to sign-in
- The buttons from the admin side can be confusing during a session
- Hosted multiple sessions simultaneously
- Testing out the environment with speakers
- Managing registration within the platform
- Brand and reputation building
- Lead generation
- Thought leadership
Bizzabo has more capabilities than the above platforms. Primarily, you can host multiple sessions simultaneously, play pre-recorded content, and onboard external stakeholders to the environment. While Zoom and GoTo are more user-friendly, they do not have as robust options for catering to the experience. Bizzabo serves a specific purpose, but I am still not convinced that it is the best on the market.
