We use Bizzabo for our conference app and badging requirements.

Pros and Cons

Their APIs allowed us to integrate with our core-systems, making contact and registration information easily transfered.
The user interface is smooth and easy to navigate.
The check-in process is quick and slick.

How data is managed between the app and backend sometimes leaves disconnects that require manual refreshes in both the user app and the registration process.
The who viewed your profile notification is sometimes viewed as intrusive.

As technologists, our attendees are very interested in what technology we use to delivery our conferences. Bizzabo's mobile app has provided the high quality experience our attendees demand.

Alternatives Considered

Cvent Event Management, Cvent Lead Scoring, Boomset and Eventbrite

We used all of those before switching to Bizzabo. Bizzabo is simply a better app.

Our annual conferences hosts 4000 technologists who have a lot of experience with apps and usability. Bizzabo's clean UX and user journeys make it both efficient and effective for our conference. Coupled with a fairly easy to use backend, we find it far better than the several alternatives we have tested over the past 4 years.
