Our company uses Blackbaud eTapestry as our main CRM - managing accounts, donations, communications as well as child sponsorship relationships.
- Reports
- Robust Account Data Tracking
- User autonomy for database management
- In my experience, poor management of client accounts by Blackbaud - slow response time, excessive turnover in account executives, nickel, and diming requested work.
- Updated emailing system - I feel it is antiquated, inflexible, and does not allow users to send engaging communication to donors, including video.
- Lack of ability to do system-wide updates or changes to user-defined fields - in my opinion, it creates a messy interface after several years of use.

- Not super applicable to our non-profit. In my experience, they have been a stumbling block and delayed projects when needing to deal with them directly. The database works on a basic level, but I feel it never delivered what was promised during the sales pitch.
