Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry
I use Blackbaud eTapestry as a donor management software solution for the non-profit organization I work for. The ease of Blackbaud eTapestry and the simplicity of the reporting features were an attraction for us when we were first researching products to replace our previous antiquated system.
- Ease of entry items
- Smooth reporting options
- Super customer support to help with questions about the software itself and/or how to process certain reports that might have you stumped to set up
- Great training department
- I would love to see search features expanded to words that might be included in the notes fields - this would be extremely helpful in finding a specific person or group that might have a commonality.
- Managing donor activity
- Maintaining history of giving
- Generating customized reports
- Positive impact by the ease of use - managing time better with this software than other previous platforms
Blackbaud eTapestry leads the three other platforms used (FileMaker Pro, Access, Salesforce). While FileMaker Pro was also a favorite, it had limited reporting features in comparison to Blackbaud eTapestry.
