Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry
We use Blackbaud eTapestry as our donor management software, and we use it on a daily basis.
Pros
- Donation entry is easy
- Home dashboard is good
Cons
- I find it very difficult to get the information I need out through their reporting system
- Building queries and then running reports is very difficult and confusing
- I don't find the current reports adequate
- Just to see how many people you have in your database is a hassle
- I find the reporting side of this product a bear
- Easy reporting
- Intuitive use
- A system where I don't need to google everything I want to do
- Since it is difficult to use it does not positively impact our ROI
- I feel it is antiquated
I have not evaluated any other products, so I can't answer this question. Blackbaud eTapestry was here before I came on board.
