Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine
We heavily use BlackLine's Transaction Matching product - for cash, credit card, sales, bank, gift card, intercompany, and other matching scenarios. We also use Tasks, primarily for managing our month-end cycle task lists. Tasks has been a huge help in providing a nearly comprehensive view of responsibilities assigned across the team, and it has been a big help with onboarding and training new team members. And we use account reconciliations and love the ability to report required adjustments. The templates have helped us create a more consistent, quality deliverable for reviewers.

BlackLine makes setting up matching rules much simpler. The data import wizard provides a simple, easy-to-follow interface for create recurring imports that allows for simple data prep. This wizard has been easier for our organization to train new users to manage vs other platforms.
