Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

BlackLine is used in different departments across the company but only by those who book journal entries and/or are responsible for account reconciliations and their managers. I feel that BlackLine is an asset for all users including those who do not have an accounting background. The website is user friendly and self explanatory. There is not much training needed when adding a new user and showing them the ropes. This is of great help to me as an admin; I do not need to be as involved in new user training and it leaves my time open for other tasks.

BlackLine is well suited for any company, big or small. So far, we only use Journals and reconciliations and we have found them very helpful. We are in the process of implementing tasks. The visibility given to our company by BlackLine is priceless. By adding tasks, we hope to add to that visibility and make sure nothing is missed for our reports.
