Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine
We use Blackline for account reconciliations for our balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. We also utilize Blackline for tracking monthly close tasks. Account reconciliations seems to be appropriate however, I don't think we are fully using all of the capabilities within Blackline so there is a push for us to do more. From a close task perspective, Blackline has been great!
- Ability to download information into a CSV file and modify in Excel
- Email alerts notifying when there is a task to complete
- Ease of use of the interface without much training
- Wish I was able to download the task calendar in the same format directly but un available.

- Provides information which allows us to monitor progress
