Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BlackLine for preparing month end Recons. We use task manager to manage close, and we reconcile our cash with transactions matching. BlackLine is our go to solution for close management. It has reduced our work hour drastically during close which in turn helped us reduce the days we close the books

Support Rating

BlackLine has provided with a lot of support. During transaction matching implementation we felt that we were talking to a different person every time and explaining the same thing all over again, we raised concerns with BlackLine team and then we got a good rep who helped us through our problems. The support its good just make sure you relay your concerns

BlackLine has been very useful with Recons and creating tasks for close. We use BlackLine for close management. we were looking for reporting and analytics , this software does fall out a little on it, other than that we are very please with how well it has helped us improve our close timeline
