Bloomerang is utilized with the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council to maintain donor relation engagement through our fund development department.
- Bloomerang provides an intuitive approach to donor relations by easily guiding you through the documentation process.
- Bloomerang provides a database that is easily manipulated for reporting and communications to the donor.
- Bloomerang gives the fund development department an opportunity to explore ways to better incorporate donor retention methodologies through metrics and outcomes.
- I do wish that the platform spoke to more financial interfaces to accept donations back to the organization.

The previous CRM used at this organization was DonorPerfect. We were told they were going to be updating their platform to a cloud based system. I did not use it previously, but the old system was archaic. We took the opportunity to search other systems, and Bloomerang was the one that we chose.
