Overall Satisfaction with Bloomerang
Bloomerang is being used by our development team as a donor database. Bloomerang addresses our need for a comprehensive donor-centric CRM software.
- Bloomerang tracks all of our TASKS related to each donor which keeps us on top of our "moves management".
- The layout and format of Bloomerang is so user-friendly. Each donor has a "TIMELINE" where you can easily and quickly see what's been going on with any particular donor.
- I love the dashboard which shows me [to see] how far along I am in my campaign and which donors I recently looked up. It also shows me my donor retention percentage.
- I'd like to be able to email a solicitation to every single individual, and not just households.
- For some reason I don't understand, my campaign ticker on the dashboard doesn't clearly reflect actual "dollars in the bank" although it is close enough for me.
- Creating a household isn't so easy for me.

Bloomerang was the ONLY software I found that actually addressed my donor relations needs. I was able to not only track donations, but also my tasks and interactions with each donor.
