Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using bloomerang throughout the entire organization. We use the system as a one stop shop database for all of our alumni, donors and potential donors. It addresses the issue of having a place to house all of our constituent information to assist us with profiling.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Bloomerang provides the ability to collect unlimited amounts of constituent information.
Having one location that houses a place for emails, letters and newsletters.
The dashboard is a great component.

Cons

The event registration integration, could have an option for a no fee registration.
Addition of adding an event to your calendar.
Limitations on design of email and newsletters.

Alternatives Considered

Constant Contact, Zoom and MemberClicks

Bloomerang offers a much better price point for a database.
