Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use Bloomfire to relay information between doctors separated across the country and to keep lines of communication open between our care coordinators, managers, and client services. We can share worksheets, fact sheets, and helpful information for clients at different stages of their process of setting up an appointment and also behind the scenes for work protocols and tips for other professionals.

  • Keyword searches.
  • It would be nice to be able to search keywords in combination.
  • Most recent posts would be useful.
  • Pages refresh to original search when using back features and you must search repeatedly to find which one you need to view.
  • Higher employee engagement.
  • Knowledge sharing increased.
  • Valuable communication tips.

I did not choose Bloomfire but I do like the availability of information sharing and generating posts in sequence from many people at once.
Bloomfire is great for sharing information/protocols between staff members. Fact sheets, client handouts, communication tips from one team to another between departments. I find the search feature for keywords to be cumbersome and time consuming but I can still get by using it in a pinch. I would like to be able to send links to associates through the mobile app.
