Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
We have a small administration staff. Bloomfire allows our team to store and access documents easily while in the office and out on a project site. Our customers are high end and providing necessary information in a timely and professional manner makes for an efficient use of everyone's time and resources.

- A streamlined infrastructure of the documents has been a timesaver.
- Bloomfire is dependable and accessible by different device types.
- Aesthetically, Bloomfire is appealing to the eye and easy to navigate.
- Bloomfire allows searches without signing in HOWEVER, you may not be able to access the file or even find the file unless signed in. Signing in isn't required, however it is key.

We use Google Drive to share and store information with our customers. Using Google Docs allows easy access, ability to grant editing capabilities as well as remove access rights. We have found Google Drive to be efficient for quick and easy access for the documents commonly referenced and shared.
