Bloomfire was an amazing resource for our company. My job requires a lot of education and ongoing learning and Bloomfire made it especially accessible to view those resources.

It looked more fun, honestly. It looked like social media and I think everyone relates to that.
Any of our associates are able to also access Bloomfire, so if they have questions that management is able to look up on the website, they are able to retrieve that information themselves which promotes independent learning.
