We use Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud for CRM communication. It's a flexible tool that supports the organization to be more automated and target our customers at the right time with the right message. Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is great for segmentation and creating scenarios based on different use cases.

Bloomreach is a very strong and reliable platform, and it’s available whenever I need it in almost all situations. The overall performance has been excellent, with smooth day-to-day use across features. On rare occasions, I’ve encountered brief delays or minor errors, but these have been isolated and resolved quickly. While not completely flawless, the platform consistently delivers a dependable and high-quality experience
Bloomreach generally performs very well, and reports are easy to work with and interpret. Page load times are quick, and reports usually complete within a reasonable timeframe. However, when handling very large datasets, report processing can sometimes be slower. Some integrations with other systems may also cause minor delays on pages, but overall, the platform provides all the functionality and insights we need, making it a reliable and effective tool.
