Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use BlueJeans throughout the organization, company-wide. It is utilized by all levels as well as various departments. It helps us co-office collaborate efficiently and effectively. It makes it easy to work together - even when you're not directly next to someone. The tools BlueJeans uses make our employees be able to share their screens, video or voice chat.
- Efficient - it is always pretty seamless and has just enough tools to get our employees engaged the way they should.
- The share screen aspect is PERFECT for co-office collaborating - making it easy to use and work with people in other offices.
- Its easy to use and makes new (and returning) users learn and catch on quickly.
- I think the only thing that causes any issues is sometimes the sound quality on a call goes in and out.
- I also think maybe making the settings a little more clear when it comes to having a pin code (within the organizer or participate).
- One last thing may be just having a little "more" with the video chat - maybe offering additional services.
- I think bluejeans has had a positive impact. We get a lot of "all in one" with using bluejeans.
- I think being in the advertising/marketing industry, it's extremely important for everyone to be on the same page and this allows us to do so easily.
- Lastly, I think that by utilizing BlueJeans and all of its offerings, I think it makes our employees be better "co-workers" and therefore it has been a great investment.
I used to use GoToMeeting at the last company I worked for and it was nowhere near as efficient and error-free as Bluejeans has been. I would always have sound issues as well as GoToMeeting "crashing" quite often - also for bigger meetings- they didn't allow the number of participants as BlueJeans does.
