Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We started to use BlueJeans in response to a couple of our customers who were users. It made sense for us to have access to an account to create meetings, knowing that it was a system that they could use. It is currently just used by the Technical Account Managers for those customers.

- Very easy to use
- Easy to set up meetings
- Can't think of anything that I've ever missed or noticed!
- We only use it in a relatively small way, but it has been a big benefit for those customers who already used it
It works pretty well - the app was easy to download and get working, and it was great to be able to be adaptive to what our customers were already using.
