Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
In my organization, BlueJeans is primarily being used for administering blended and online classes. It is currently being used across our entire campus. It addresses the need for virtual learning.

- Hard for faculty to use because there are too many clicks involved.
- UI is not user-friendly.
- Too confusing for faculty to use.

- Has helped faculty teach online courses better
- Has helped faculty teach blended courses differently in a good way
- Zoom
Zoom is a watered down version of BlueJeans with not nearly as many features, so that is why we chose BlueJeans over Zoom.
