Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

My organization uses BlueJeans to conduct video conferences and presentations with members and the larger community. We average 40 presentations per year with online attendance at 15-100. These presentations combine visuals and speakers and last approximately 90 minutes.
  • High-quality audio and video.
  • Accessible by corporate members with tight security controls.
  • Ease of end-user access.
  • No tools to improve audience engagement (e.g. surveys).
  • Enterprise users cannot see the entire organization's planned events in their BlueJeans app or website.
  • BlueJeans has enabled my business to switch quickly from an in-person meeting/conference call approach to engaging our members to video web conferencing reducing our expenditures on event planning and raising attendance by over 100%.
  • BlueJeans is a convenience for our members who can access our events and presentations without enduring the commute to a meeting.
  • BlueJeans video capture enables our organization to store and publish post-meeting highlights for those unable to attend, increasing member satisfaction.
BlueJeans is supported by more of our organization members simplifying the process of enabling their employees to access our meetings.
Generally, very easy to use. Joining a meeting is quite straightforward.
We use BlueJeans with Google Calendar. Works very well for the end-user but recurring events functionality is clunky.
I rarely use the command center.
BlueJeans is well suited for user-initiated video conferencing but less so for events. The event functionality is probably great, but not affordable for a small organization.

The array of end-points can be confusing to a business user.
