Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BJN is used across our organization and our clients also use it. We suggest them to abandon Goto, M-soft Team and use BlueJeans for the collaboration purpose. We usually have 8-10 meetings per day and average people joining the meeting are 6. Client team is happy to have video, screen share and audio at one place for the project purpose.
- Screenshare with easy control.
- Teleconference with single link.
- Kicking out unwanted teammates.
- Screen share controls are limited, admin should decide who can share.
- The BJN Plugin is blocked for some clients due to firewall issues.
- Chat should have an attachment option too.
- Less travel abroad, remotely we can connect with the client.
- The overall cost of IT infrastructure has been reduced.
- Teams can share an account for multiple meetings.
Although we have to use multiple collaboration tools we have never faced such a smooth connection like BJN with other tools. That is the reason when other clients have a meeting with us, they will encourage other participants to use the BlueJeans software. This is a proud moment for us.
