Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We have several account holders who set up meetings and most of the district uses BlueJeans. Meetings involve staff primarily but also involve students sometimes.
  • Screen sharing
  • Single document/app sharing
  • Record feature
  • I’d like a hand-raising function and/or a feature to indicate thumbs-up or thumbs-down type of thing.
  • Address book that could be updated
  • Travel savings
  • More intimate than phone/email
  • Connected communities
Zoom and Webex work pretty well, and I would say those are my top three choices. BlueJeans seemed to be the best fit for us with the price point package they offered. The only downside is that I feel like the other two are more widely used at this time and therefore easier to get folks onboard with.
I work with people from all over Alaska, and I use a BlueJeans in every application. The only time it has been inappropriate would be in low-bandwidth scenarios. In those situations, I’ve still used the platform but on audio-only. Our district still maintains a teleconference subscription with another company but I’ve recommended getting rid of it because of this dual functionality with BlueJeans.
