Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
- We use BlueJeans across our organization
- We use BlueJeans to connect to our clients, and also for coaching/training, internal as well as external
- Being a small, lean operation, BlueJeans has increased our reach across a vast country like India very effectively
- It has helped us save tremendously on travel, thereby also saving time, and allowing us to be more productive
- Easy scheduling of meeting
- Seamless calendar integration
- Easy to connect
- Managing what participants view
- Breakout sessions are tedious to initiate and manage
- Have to depend on third party platforms to conduct polls
- Would like to have the ability to dial out, both to users as well as to room systems
- Cuts travel massively
- Lifesaver during pandemic; kept our business running normally
- Ability to MEET our clients during the lockdown has been of great value
PROS:
- Has the best layout controls amongst all competing platforms
- All options to connect are easy
- With a plethora of options in the current times, people are wary of installing yet another app on their PCs; connecting to a BlueJeans meeting with browser just as easily as from the app, without being compelled to download an app, is a boon
- Lack of integrated polling is a downer
- BlueJeans has not been the one to introduce new features for a while now. Could do with being first off the blocks rather than playing slow catchup.
