Overall Satisfaction with BMC Helix ITSM

We usually use the product to padronize and require input data in order to automate issue fixes and service delivery through rest pi calls

Pros

  • Build and manage service requests
  • Governance of the process and the ITSM
  • Restfull API for all forms existing

Cons

  • I think SLMs, this module need improvements, it`s old.
  • We usually save time delivering automation.
The new Innovation Studio provide a friendly interface, I believe BMC should transfer all PWA screens to there, making everything more customizable.
  • BMC Helix ITSM
The ITSM is the most complete I know and it should work great with AIOPs

You can use the BMC Helix ITSM, to padronize the input data and then automate things. For axample, imagine you want to automatize a manual process like create an user e-mail. You can create the service request, make required all fields to automatically create it and then, use BMC Helix ITSM connectors to connect to the Exchange and perform the creation automatically.
