Overall Satisfaction with BombBomb

BombBomb is part of our overall outreach strategy to connect with prospects and clients in an engaging, creative way that cuts through the clutter of their inbox and personalizes the message so it doesn't feel like they are part of a mass mailing. It is used by our marketing and sales team mostly.

I think a lot of these are similar in many ways. BombBomb stood out because of the moving GIF feature among other things, but the overall idea of using video to cut through the clutter is where the value prop has been for our business so far. Other options have better video quality but BombBomb has good features all around.
Overall it's very easy to use and the video emails stand out. Everything loads quickly and they make it easy to set up. It features CRM-like functionality to view opens, clicks, time watched, etc., but it doesn't port that info over to your existing CRM which is where some of the friction occurs. Still, it's amazing for what it does. I recommend giving it a try for our outreach.
As said before, the usability is very straightforward and the customization options are good enough to get the job done. There is a mobile app to help with real-time engagement so that is useful too. They offer plenty of training and best practices to make sure you are getting the most out of BombBomb.
Other than adding it to your CRM, it is very easy to set up, customize and send. This is a tool that is very hard to "mess up." You just record the video and if it went well, you send it and then easily track how it was received and if they engaged with it. Very easy to integrate into an ABM campaign, just takes time.
It's best suited when traditional email and phone calls aren't getting through and you have an important message to relay to a prospect or client. People can't resist clicking a video that has their name on it. It may not be as appropriate for prospects that don't like to have fun.
