Overall Satisfaction with BombBomb
I’ve used BombBomb both as an employee of BombBomb, and at my new company. I’ve used it to stand out in the inbox and solicit a response from cold out-bounding. It is used, however, by customer support, marketing, and beyond.
It can be extremely finicky and I redownload the Chrome extension twice a day to reset it. It has the perfect set of features, but the features need to work consistently.

- Increase empathy
- Videos not timing out/failing to upload
- Got responses from cold emails
- Received positive feedback
At the time, they were buggy and needed the establishment of BombBomb.
