Overall Satisfaction with BombBomb

BombBomb has become an integral part of our companies' communication with customers. Our Sales, Marketing and Customer Service departments use this program on a daily basis. We use it to connect with current and prospective customers and it has made even more of a difference with everything going on right now.

  • Some issues with Outlook
  • Our email response rates have improved significantly in the Sales department.
I believe my customer service director looked into a couple of other companies before deciding on BombBomb and I know the Outlook integration was a big deal. I think they really liked how easy the program is to use too.
Anytime we've had an issue, the Support team has been great about getting back with us and spending the time needed to resolve any issues.

BombBomb has helped a lot in our Sales department. Our emails to prospective customers stand out and having the ability to make a personalized video to the person we're trying to establish a relationship with gives us that extra touch.
