Overall Satisfaction with Bombora
We want to understand when a prospective account has surging intent for one of our products. If they're an existing customer, we want to understand if there's potential to lose them because they're surging intent around our competitors. We needed solutions that allowed us to find insights but also take action and change our marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
Pros
- Companies with surging intent by topic
- Easy to use dashboard
- Integrated into the platforms where I activate marketing
Cons
- The data is fantastic if you know how to read it but you have to know how to read it.
- Loading in account lists into the dashboard is complicated.
- Updated taxonomy keywords. Some are pretty outdated or old.
- Understand who's in market and more easily winnable
- Understand how our marketing changes someone's content consumption
- Understand what customers are on starting to examine the market.
- Mostly internal systems or we use the dashboard manually.
For our internal systems, I wasn't in charge of those integrations. My understanding is that Bombora worked to accommodate us.
