Overall Satisfaction with Bomgar
We use Bomgar as a remote support solution to support internal and external customers. We also use Bomgar to administer internal and external presentations for vendor support. Bomgar allows for a one stop shop when it comes to remote viewing, control and presentations.
Pros
- Great variety of features in both the rep console and the appliance
- Bomgar allows customer feedback so you can recommend features you would like to be considered for future implementation.
- Bomgar utilizes strong security and provides an easy to use interface on the appliance. Configuration is simple.
Cons
- Honestly, there is nothing I would change at this point. It serves the purpose it was purchased for and a whole lot more.

Bomgar was the all in one solution that we needed to bring flexablility as well as a very secure way to connect to our users. Being able to serve our customers quicker and with less hassle has improved productivity of all of our support members.
