Overall Satisfaction with Bomgar
Bomgar is used at the university to support staff and students with IT Support both off and on campus. The tool is used by IT Services first and second line support teams and also teams external to central IT Services, such as finance, security and e-learning.
Bomgar enables us to fix more issues at first line, so our users experience a quicker resolution time but also our second line colleagues have more time to spend on development.
Being a university means we need to support our users all over the world on a wide range of devices, Bomgar enables us to do this.

Cons
- Like all tools, the ability to do full screen sharing with iOS devices
- Enhanced customer experience, being able to connect to any device not just those on the local domain
- Increased first time fix levels
