Overall Satisfaction with Bomgar
We use Bomgar to remotely support our lecturers and our support staff. This software is used by all of our ICT department members. It enables us to remote to people who are off site.
- Enables remote support if customer is outside the network
- Allows you to hide what you are doing from the customer
- Bomgar buttons allow fast connection to customers devices
- Be able to use Bomgar buttons from an older version of Bomgar
- Higher FTF rate
