Box is used across the whole organization to make document sharing easier and for cloud storage of personal documents.
- Very user friendly and easy to learn
- Well organized
- Easy sharing across teams
- Helpful comment feature
- It's not the most beautiful or modern looking tool
- Search functionality isn't perfect; sometimes it can be easy to lose a document if it's not well organized
- The impact on collaboration has been huge; we're able to save time when putting together presentations or preparing for meetings
- It's also been very helpful in making sure our remote employees are able to stay in the loop
