Overall Satisfaction with Box
I use Box to share documents with teammates and to backup data. It is very useful for backing up data and making remote collaboration easier without worrying about complex configuration or setup. Box also makes it easier for us to share data with external teammates and gives us peace of mind with its security controls.

Box is more secure than Dropbox and has a better user interface on desktop clients. We also like Box's UI for editing documents in the cloud and Box's offerings for sharing documents outside our organization over competitors like Dropbox. However, Dropbox is better known for making it easier for outside users to get onboarded and access shared documents.
