Overall Satisfaction with BQE Core

We use BQE Core to track all the hours in the firm and enter the values daily. It is also used for all the accounting purposes. It has made the time entries more accurate as the interface is really easy to use. It has sped up the process for the accounting team greatly.

The UI is very clear and well played out. It makes it really easy to enter time in any part of the week and for any aspect of the project. Sometimes it is hard to submit hours because of this little glitch that won't let me select who to send the hours to, and sometimes it can be slow. Overall though it is very clean.
I haven't heard much from this side of the program since I am simply using it but there have only been a few growing pains I have seen while using it in the firm. Overall, it seems like the support is good but could be better when setting up for the firm.
For me using BQE Core has made the time entry process much faster, and it has been great to see where banked and vacation hours are at. I haven't used the timing feature a lot, but I'm sure if I got into it I could see it being useful. The main things I use the program for are entering hours in so it just makes it really easy to bring up projects and separate the hours into different aspects of the project.
