Overall Satisfaction with BQE Core

I use Core to keep track of time entries, PTO, holiday pay. I also use it to enter expense entries for projects within our company. It is very useful and keeps everything in one place! I am new with company and learning how to use it was a breeze. Pretty straightforward.

  • Easy to keep track of expenses for certain projects.
  • Dashboard give a good overview.
  • Sometimes the app glitches when entering time entries.
  • Verbiage could be easier to understand.
  • Sometimes the app is a little bit laggy.
  • It has had no negative impact.
  • Positive impact - it had made starting a new job that uses this software very easy.

There is truly nothing major I can complain about. It gets the job done and makes keeping track of everything super easy. I have never had to use customer service because it is just that great! It has everything you need for your company, don't hesitate to try it out!
I have never had to use the support for BQE Core.
So I use Core every day. I enter my time entries daily (by day) and Core is perfect for that. You can specify the task that you worked on for that specific day and put the exact time. I think the software is great in that aspect. Also, I use it to enter expense entries such as, overnight mail, which is used so that we can bill the client we are sending something to.
