Overall Satisfaction with BQE CORE

Our company uses BQE Core for project and company expense tracking, project management, invoice preparation and delivery, and time management tracking. The software allows project invoicing to be created using a company wide standard template and delivered at a select time within the month. The overall use of the product has proven to be a great addition for our small business.

BQE CORE has a much more streamlined process for entering expense entries than Concur. You are able to select which project you would like to charge to and where expense entries are sent for approval, whether that be your manager or the project manager. BQE CORE also is very efficient at creating expenses from pictures of your expense receipts.

BQE CORE's phone application is a great addition to the web software. You can upload your expense entries by taking a photo of the receipts at the time of purchase and the software will create the expense entries from the receipts. Time expenses can be updated to your time card using the phone application as well.
