Overall Satisfaction with BQE CORE
We use BQE CORE to track time and expenses charged to to jobs. BQE CORE is slower for time entry than our previous system of using excel sheets, but is easier to process and saves our billing and payroll department time. It would be nice if expenses could be entered into a grid similar to the timesheet. Having to type out the job number 5 times for each expense can get a bit tedious when you have daily site visits for the same job.

- Cross checking job name with job number
- Entering expenses for multiple days at the same site is poorly implemented
- Responsiveness can be slow at times
- The memo box gets cut off so you can’t see it
- Less work for payroll
- Time entries take a little longer than entering into excel
- Expense entries take significantly longer than entering into excel
