Overall Satisfaction with Breezy HR

We use Breezy HR as our primary recruiting tool, which integrates seamlessly with Indeed and other major job boards. It serves as our applicant tracking system (ATS), allowing us to efficiently manage and organize candidates who apply through our company website and various online platforms where our open positions are advertised.

Pros

  • Confirming if the candidate is a fit.
  • Resume review.

Cons

  • Candidate matching.
  • Letting me know if the candidate is a match based on their skills.
  • Resume parsing.
  • I have hired 48 people in 4 months using Breezy.
  • I have been able to import candidates easily into Breezy for sourcing.
  • I have no negative things to say about Breezy.
Breezy is the easiest ATS I have used in my 18+ years of recruiting. I come from a corporate recruiting background and have used SAP, Bullhorn, ZOHO, and Job Diva over the years, and I can truly say Breezy is the best user-friendly system I have used to date. I was at my current employer for about 3 weeks before I felt like I mastered it.

I have never really run into an issue where Breezy was not appropriate to use. I would think more companies would use it as an ATS to contain candidates because of the ease of use. It is very easy to use Breezy to load candidates and to also import the resumes from the websites we use, as well as from our website when applicants apply to positions.
