Overall Satisfaction with BrightEdge

We use it to track keywords performance, revenue, and market trends. It is used by our SEO department and it addresses our keyword performance.

Pros

  • User interface provides data we need to create reports
  • Navigation is user friendly
  • Charts provide enough data
  • Their team is working to improve customer service

Cons

  • Linking module can be improved.
  • Page level reporting should include historical data.
  • Efficiency
  • Data gives us better insight on ROI
It is a strong competitor to the other industry tools for SEO
It is a robust software that provides most of the data needed to report to stakeholders of the company. There is room for improvement and we are working with them to make these improvements.
