Overall Satisfaction with BrightEdge

We use this to support our SEO efforts. BrightEdge helps us develop new business pitches.

Pros

  • Customer support is top-notch.
  • Data is compelling and powerful.

Cons

  • Pricing is high relative to other similar services. Although other platforms are not as robust, the price difference is substantial, calling into question the value of the investment.
  • The user interface is not as user-friendly as competitive platforms.
  • ROI is yet to be proven. But the analysis available through BrightEdge has helped make powerful new business presentations.
We evaluated several products. BrightEdge is much more robust. The customer support is outstanding. It's like having an additional employee.

However, it is rather expensive compared to alternative platforms.
BrightEdge is well suited for larger clients with substantial SEO needs and large SEO budgets.

BrightEdge could do a better job and position itself for small and medium advertisers by offering more competitive pricing and a more user-friendly interface.
