Overall Satisfaction with BrightEdge
BrightEdge is used by our digital marketing department to improve our SEO for all of our web sites. It has saved enormous amounts of time in improving our SERPS. Even our digital advertising agency that recently conducted an audit of our sites was very impressed with the depth of our web site improvements.
Pros
- They send me weekly emails with recommended tasks that need to be completed.
- I like the follow-up of the tasks I set to. I do not put off completing them.
- I am impressed with my bi-weekly meetings with my client success director that teaches me how to use the software more effectively.
Cons
- They could be more aggressive in asking me to do more. The more I do the better my results are.
- They could do a better job of impressing how this is a daily or weekly task, not a one-and-done program.
- Be better at telling people that you will see immediate measurable results if you work hard at it.
- You need to be aggressive to get the best results.
- Our SERPs are up.
- Our rankings keep going up, though not as fast as we'd like (but that is due to the time I can devote to working in the tool, not the tool itself).
- It is kind of hard to explain results to people who are not SEO literate. Need more graphics to explain results and why they are good.
