Brightmine (XpertHR) - A Great Support for HR Professionals

We have used Brightmine (formerly XpertHR) for many years and it is our first port of call when we are updating our policies or looking for guidance on recent legislation, tribunal cases and case law. It has proved to be an excellent resource for our wider People Team and the advice line is a useful additional resource. We regularly review our policies and standard template letters using the wide range of resources and documents that are available.

We will now have a more comprehensive set of policies and improved levels of knowledge amongst HR Teams and managers. Our team are now updated more regularly and consistently as to the latest legislation and wider thinking about a variety of HR topics. Whilst Brightmine cannot be a substitute for competent and experienced HR professionals it has definitely improved our ability to be compliant and up to date.

We use Brightmine as our first port of call for keeping up to date with most of our HR documentation and policies.

It is great at making sure that legal and regulatory compliance is taken care of but we balance that with the fact that our People Team and our documentation needs to take account of our company culture.
