Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We are currently subscribed to the HR & Compliance Center which offers support and resources, expertise and guidance to revolutionize our HR processes and people strategy. Our HR team regularly uses Brightmine's comprehensive state charts and informational webinars to stay on top of the latest additions and updates in the compliance space.
Pros
- Provides up-to-date state charts for important compliance matters such as paid sick leave and final wage payment requirements
- Offers informative and helpful webinars to dive deeper into wage & hour
- Offers cost-effective solutions with high impact with respect to templates, letters and other tools utilized by HR professionals in their daily scope
Cons
- We recently experenced intermittent system errors with the HR & Compliance Center which disrupted access for a short period of time. However, Brightmine clearly communicated the issue and provided updates throughout the process.
- I would like for the state charts to have accessible links to all the forms and information referenced within the export. Occassionally, I have found the links to error or lack links/references.
- I would like to see more webinars with industry experts as I find them to be insightful and helpful
- I do not have any hard numbers to share but I know the comprehensive resources and tools regarding leave and pay requirements delivered in the 50 state chart format have been incredibly helpful in saving time and ensuring compliance
- Brightmine's Compliance Resource Center is easy to navigate, user friendly and offers all the compliance related information necessary to stay on top of the changes for a national employer
- I am certain that Brightmine's tools and resources has significantly mitigated risk by their clear and easy to navigate options
