Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

We use Brightpearl as stock and order management, integrated with Magento for web sales. It allows us to track our daily sales and to categorise them according to importance, area and other factors. The stock management and PO system means we can track stock and integrate ordering goods in accordance with individual suppliers' lead times to ensure we always have sufficient stock.

Brightpearl is well suited to a business with many different ranges of stock as you can allocate by brand as well as by supplier. You can also group customers allowing targeted sales dependent on each customers' buying history. It is less suited to a business selling personal time instead of goods e.g. a repair man.
