Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

It would be useful for Brightpearl to have some more useful ready made reports to assist with cashflow management, paying suppliers and profit by product, type or customer, territory etc. - key management information really.
If I recall correctly, we only received satisfactory solutions to our issues on some occasions
Used across the whole organisation. Enables us to manage sales and fulfillment.

  • Sales documents
  • Fulfillment status
  • Helpdesk and tickets (we have to pay for Zendesk which is expensive)
  • Hierarchal bills of materials required for inventory management (we are a manufacturer)
  • Positive - we can manage order status and fulfillment more effectively amongst a distributed team
  • Negative - we can't integrate customer correspondence with the orders - Zendesk is run in parallel (you're losing some or all of this revenue)
  • Negative - we can't integrate web sale - Magento is run in parallel (you're losing some or all of this revenue)

[Alternative was] Just horrible! what a waste of money - couldn't do anything without a £600 per day expert...
Brightpearl doesn't integrate very well with our ecommerce website - we have to run Magento in parallel
