Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice as our main line as well as having it on my phone for remote access.
Pros
- Ease of use away from the office
- Tracking of voicemails
- Tracking of call history
Cons
- Even though we receive emails with voicemails, it would be helpful to have a timestamp on the actual voicemail when accessing from the handset.
- Ease of use in and out of the office
