We use Broadvoice as our main voice provider, thrilled we can have an extension at the office, mirrored at home office and also use the softphone on our laptops and mobile device without needing to switch accounts. We also have call flows setup so we do not miss a call. A lot of wonderful features including the intercom! The onboarding team was absolutely the best we've encountered, they ask all the necessary questions to make a very smooth and seamless transition.

We use Broadvoice with our new phone system and Love it! It has proven to be a Great Investment. I would recommend them and the services they provide. We haven't had any issues and their product is working as promised. We called a few times when we first started using the product to iron out some things on our side but they were very quick to respond and get it taken care of.

Broadvoice is used in our office for all of our phones and we use it to communicate with our clients via calls and texts. Broadvoice helps keep us organized and simplifies my job when it comes to listening to voicemails, creating announcements for our phone, recording calls, and blocking numbers.

I think it is well suited for small companies. It would be hard to manage tons of employees with this system. I have a hard enough time trying to get everyone to connect to their account with just 10 employees. It is also hard to find previously recorded calls and if there were tons of employees making lots of call, that would make it even harder.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that may be looking to change or who maybe just starting up their business. You will not regret the decision to use Broadvoice. The employees that they have are awesome to work with. They will go above and beyond to help you with whatever issue that you may have.

It would have been to allow office calls on field service cell phones, but it does not function as expected. The b-hive app does not function properly or as advertised on Android system phones. This is a huge disappointment, and Broadvoice should have been truthful about this when selling their product.
Broadvoice is not appropriate for use on Android phones, since it doesn't function properly. When someone calls the number, the app does not ring on an Android like it does on an iPhone.

This is our internal UCaaS solution, There are desk phones in the office, my remote staff uses the desktop app, we all use the cell phone app. We accept phone, text, fax all to the same number. We have staff that sends and receives text from the computer dashboard and neve gives out there cell phone number. This also allows staff to use personal cell phones without ever exposing their personal cell number.

This service has so far been wonderful. It is seamless in phone calls, faxes and easy for all associates to use. No more delayed calls, no more dropped calls and very easy to look on the computer and get names and numbers for all calls coming into our store. The headset that goes with the phones are comfortable and are very easy to use, so I can be anywhere in the store and easily answer calls.

It's hard to set into a new phone system not knowing if it's going to be better or worse. Well, this system is better!

We are a logistics company, 80% of our business is handled over the phone. It's been very useful that the calls go directly to each of our sales representative cell phones if the call cannot be answered on time at the office, we don't need to worry about missed calls due to someone stepping out of the office. Another nice service is that we will get an email when there's a voicemail left on our extension.

  • When our phones were installed, we didn't get a tutorial on how to use them, so it took me a few days to understand the system. A first-time starting tutorial would be nice.
Since our phone service with Broadvoice was installed, I've only had to call twice. If I remember correctly, one time was about a question on our bill and the other time was to have our fax line removed because it wasn't being used anymore, and the action was done without any problems.

The desktop app does not always work.

  • The desktop app does not work all the time in the click-to-dial feature. Sometimes it times out and requires the number to be dialed again. This has started occurring since we reinstalled Yiptel replacing Bhive.
Well, I believe that the Yiptel platform works well for most things. There are things it will not do, like texting document files, and since I have returned to Yiptel from Bhive the Desktop app does not always function. It would be helpful if the new programs would incorporate the functions of Yiptel. When they rolled out Bhive, I was told it was the same as Yiptel, only with better backend functions. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I know that Yiptel will sunset, and I will need to find a system that will do at least what Yiptel does.

And as an administrator for the system, it is simple to set up rules for groups and individual users to achieve the best operation of the phones.

We use Broadvoice phone service in six buildings across our Township. It is a robust phone service that allows us the flexibility of having a unified phone service and no expensive PBX servers to maintain.
  • Phones are plug and play with a standard Internet connection.
  • The administration website is very easy to use and configuring and reconfiguring the system is very easy. It is available from any web browser and I can update our system from anywhere.
  • When issues to pop up, their support is very helpful and resolves matters in a timely fashion.
  • Some of my users would prefer more voicemail functionality from their phone vs. having to use the login portal to certain tasks (like changing their PIN).
  • Regular annual account checkups from a sales or customer service rep would be nice to make sure we're getting the most out of new features.
I am a one person IT department. Having a cloud-based phone system that's plug and play with an Internet connection and easily used and administrated has been a life-saver for me.

It is straightforward from my end of operations. I do wish the voicemails could be read in text format as well as the option to listen too. The majority of times, it is more friendly to read than listen or dial into messages from the phone system. It is easy to forward to another destination within the clinic, i.e., the billing department, nurses, and management. However, the network does lose a lot of service, with multiple drops throughout the day. We have had an ongoing ticket to get resolved, and keeps getting pushed to our equipment or line. However, no other issues with any other application we have.

Our team of 12 started using Broadvoice this year to fulfill our VOIP needs within the office. The old phone system was hosted by our local cable provider and was severely lacking in features. One of our main goals was to find a way to receive calls and texts through our main office line while we are outside of the office on our cell phones, which Broadvoice handles perfectly. I would say the transition to VOIP was painless and the Broadvoice team was a pleasure to work with.

If you are unfamiliar with VOIP and need assistance with setup, I feel that Broadvoice would be the best option. Our virtual office training was very personalized, and the Broadvoice associate was incredibly patient with us. I was also surprised by the level of care provided after we were set up and running. There were multiple follow ups to make sure we were running smoothly, and the associate continued to answer any lingering questions.

This is our phone system; we use it daily for calls, voicemails, etc. We haven't had the system for a full year yet, so still learning as we go. The training was good; however, it's a lot of information in a short amount of time. I still need to review how to set up various messages in the system so that I can pick and choose the appropriate one when needed. I also need to find out how to forward calls to my cell phone when the office is closed for vacation. The system itself has been great! I know there are a lot of features that we aren't using yet, but the more comfortable we get, the more we will incorporate these features.

It has smoothed out issues that we were having with our old phone system. We can have several employees on their phones without interference or cut outs. Using the Park has been great for transferring more efficiently. We like the feature that we can load in spam phone numbers and cut down on our spam calls throughout the day. Obviously, there are always new ones coming in, but blocking the ones that call several times a day is helpful. I believe the messaging system, which we still are setting up, will be very useful to our customers that call the office at various times and us.

We use Broadvoice in our organization for our phone systems. We have nine phone lines in our office. The problem I have experienced is the phone line randomly disconnecting and being out of service. When this happens, I have to unplug the ethernet from the phone and plug it back in. This, then, causes an interruption with the internet service shutting down all programs that are up. When the issue was brought up to a Broadvoice technician, they did not take responsibility for the issue and redirected us to our IT team. When we try to get assistance with the issue from our IT team, our IT team and Broadvoice just go back and forth with no resolution. This happens at multiple stations throughout our office.

The Broadvoice website to check voicemails, update the phone tree, and edit the accessibility of phone lines is always user-friendly and makes our workflow smooth. Voicemails come through immediately and are easy to transfer if needed. I am even able to share voicemail lines with another employee for more effective communication.
Every support employee that we have worked with has placed blame elsewhere, and the issues have yet to be resolved. We have made "bandaid fixes" to accommodate for the issues, but nothing long term has been corrected.

We used an older Avaya system that was hard to manage and depended heavily on our support vendor for minor changes/fixes. After many issues that would go unresolved and affect our users directly, we decided to move to Broadvoice. Once the system was implemented all our issues were resolved and our users were delighted with Broadvoice. We use Broadvoice for all our VOIP services and utilize the B-Hive app for remote work which makes managing calls a breeze.

We use Broadvoice as our phone service provider and also for leasing phones. Broadvoice has helped us be more fluid with our operations, you can now reach people when they are not at their desk by using the mobile app. Calls can also be placed as if you were on premises when you are not. We also have made good usage of the auto attendant feature and the business hours for routing calls.

Broadvoice is good if you have lots of users needing to be able to place calls and receive calls in a variety of ways. Mobile phone application is a must and it works very well with Broadvoice. The quick turn around was also appreciated and from he time we sent in our paperwork to the time we got all our phones it was about 2 weeks. All we configured to the specifications we asked for and when they were deployed Broadvoice helped get them where we needed to be in terms of configuration.

The system provides remote access so calls can be routed to cell phones when the office is closed. We can also make calls from our personal cell phones and have it appear as coming from the office number for privacy.

  • When you have a problem, you do have to wait on hold for service for quite a while
Overall we think it is a great system and we rarely have had any issues with it
