Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
This is our phone system; we use it daily for calls, voicemails, etc. We haven't had the system for a full year yet, so still learning as we go. The training was good; however, it's a lot of information in a short amount of time. I still need to review how to set up various messages in the system so that I can pick and choose the appropriate one when needed. I also need to find out how to forward calls to my cell phone when the office is closed for vacation. The system itself has been great! I know there are a lot of features that we aren't using yet, but the more comfortable we get, the more we will incorporate these features.
Pros
- Training was great; however, a lot of information in a short amount of time
- I know that they are available if I need assistance
- Telephone system is great
Cons
- 3-month or 6-month follow up with training-just a quick review
- Don't understand the fax system; however, have another way to fax
- Messaging system
- History of calls
- Efficiency and ease of using the phones-transferring, etc.
