Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Our team of 12 started using Broadvoice this year to fulfill our VOIP needs within the office. The old phone system was hosted by our local cable provider and was severely lacking in features. One of our main goals was to find a way to receive calls and texts through our main office line while we are outside of the office on our cell phones, which Broadvoice handles perfectly. I would say the transition to VOIP was painless and the Broadvoice team was a pleasure to work with.
